I love fitness and always have thanks to my best friend who introduced me to it when I was 18 or 19. I haven't always lived the fit lifestyle but I have never strayed too far away from it either. This is my fitness journey through life.

Smelly!
Im convinced that if you smell like unwashed butt crack while your getting dressed for the gym you are 100% likely to smell like straight up shizzle during your workout! Come on guys! If you smell before you come to the gym WASH YOUR A**!
Now that's just plain trifling, I'm certain this individual was aware that his unsanitary ass was in there working out smelling like wet garbage truck juice,those are the type that like to approach women during their training session with a smile and a load of confidence.. hoping no one would say that he smelled like a load of sh**..lol!
